Access to the District dashboard is granted either by the FirstView team or the District Owners. Once you've been granted access, you will receive and email from suport@myfirstview.com to verify your account.
To verify your account:
1. Open the email invitation, and click the
provided link. You will be redirected to the Activate your account screen.
2. On the screen that opens, create a password. The password must meet the following requirements:
o Contain 8 or more characters.
o Contain at least 1 uppercase character (A–Z).
o Contain at least 1 lowercase character (a–z).
o Contain at least 1 number (0–9).
o Contain at least 1 special character (!, @, #,
or $).
3. Reenter your password, and then click Confirm.
4. On the following screen, complete the following
steps:
Note: The Email field will display the email
address that was granted access. This field cannot be edited.
1. Enter your first name.
2. Enter your last name.
3. Specify your phone number (Optional)
4. Click Confirm.
Once you've completed the above steps you will be redirected to the Log in screen and a “You
have successfully activated your account” message will be displayed.
