Sending us feedback directly from
the District dashboard is
accomplished with a few easy
clicks. "Contact Support"

bottom of the dashboard! We love

Parents/Caregivers/Students
Our in-app
messaging is the quickest
and most efficient way to
get support. To use this
feature, simply click on
the menu icon and then
"Contact Support" toward
the bottom of the menu.
When you send a message to
us through the app, we
receive an email within
seconds and most of the
information we need is
already included but we
ask that you include your
student's school district
and name. We encourage
districts to direct
parents that have
app-related questions to
reach out directly to our
customer support
team.

Our phone number is available in
the app and dashboard for
registered users. When calling our
toll-free number during business
hours, you will have an option to
connect to the next available
customer support analyst or leave
a voicemail. Keep in mind that
some issues may take more than a
phone call to resolve, and we ask
that you stay patient with our
team as they work through your
issue. To make calls more
efficient, please have your school
district, student details, and
contact information to best reach
you at ready.
