Prohibited Conduct
Users are strictly prohibited from using any Support, Contact Support, feedback, messaging, or communication feature to:
- Threaten, intimidate, harass, or bully another individual
- Send abusive, hateful, or discriminatory messages
- Make statements intended to cause fear, emotional distress, or harm
- Submit repeated false complaints or malicious reports
- Use profane, obscene, or aggressive language toward employees, school representatives, drivers, parents, students, or other users
- Attempt to misuse support channels to target, retaliate against, or defame another person
- Spam or intentionally overload support teams with non-support-related communications
Any misuse of support or contact functions for threatening or harmful behavior constitutes a violation of the Terms of Use and acceptable use expectations associated with the First View platform.
Enforcement and Corrective Action
First View reserves the right to investigate any reported misuse of support tools or communications. Violations may result in:
- Warning notifications
- Suspension or restriction of support access
- Temporary or permanent account suspension
- Removal of submitted content or messages
- Escalation to school districts, employers, or appropriate authorities when threats or unlawful conduct are involved
Where applicable, threats of violence, harassment, or abusive conduct may also be referred to law enforcement.
User Responsibility
By using First View services, users agree to communicate respectfully and responsibly when engaging with customer support channels or platform representatives. Use of the platform signifies acceptance of the Terms of Use and related policies governing acceptable behavior.
Reporting Abuse
Users who receive threatening or abusive communications through platform support features should report the incident immediately through official support channels or designated administrators for review and investigation.
