In the dashboard, there are currently 4 different lists you can export:
Students
- Select the "Students" tab to see the list of students connected to your district.
- If your district is configured under the Student Registration type, you will see all students that have been ingested into First View.
- If your district is configured under the GPS District Code or GPS Student Match registration types, you will see the student profiles that have been created from the parent app users.
- You can decide if you would like to filter the student list by filling out any of the filters below:
- Click the 3 dots off to the right, and select "Export .csv file"
- A red circle will appear on the Notification Bell, and when you click it, you will see your export list.
Users > Dashboard / Parent App Users
- Select the "Users" tab to see the list of Dashboard and Parent App Users connected to your district, and follow the same steps above.
Service Alerts
- To export a list of Service Alerts, select the "Alerts" tab.
- You will see a list of alerts for your district(s) for the past year. Again apply any of the filters below to export an alternate version of the list.
- Click the 3 dots off to the right, and select "Export .csv file"
