You may suspend a parent user account within the District Dashboard. Suspending a user account will eliminate that user's ability to log back into the parent app, reset their password, or create a new account with the suspended email.
To suspend a parent user account
- Select User Tab within the District Dashboard

- Select Parent App Users

- Check the box beside of the user's name

- Select the three dots at the top left of the Dashboard and then suspend

Please Note- Suspended user accounts will still produce within your Parent App Users tab but their status will now show as "Suspended". You can follow the same steps to unsuspend a users account, should a user be suspended unintentionally or a situation changes.
