To submit feedback:
1. On the main app screen, tab the Menu button in the top left corner of the app2. Once the Menu opens, click "Contact Support" at the bottom of the Menu3. On the feedback screen, please type any question or comment you may have then click "Submit'. Your feedback will automatically be directed to our Customer Support team who will get back you at the registered account email address with an answer to your question!NOTE: The FirstView Support Team is only able to assist with app related questions and issues and is not able to advise on operational or emergency concerns. The FirstView team is also not able to provide registration codes or advise on route selection due to student data privacy.
