All requests enter our standard product prioritization process, where we evaluate them alongside feedback from our broader customer base. Items with strong demand across multiple districts typically move up in priority and are more likely to be approved for development.

Submitting a request does not guarantee implementation; however, districts may choose to pursue a paid customization. In those cases, our team will work with the district to scope requirements and provide pricing for the customization.
