First View shows the planned route data and the vehicle location that has been collected from the GPS device in the vehicle in real-time. There are many factors that may inhibit the ability to capture live GPS data, such as: a malfunctioning GPS device, incorrectly assigned vehicles or drivers, vehicles not following the planned route schedule, daily route schedule changes, and/or other limitations due to what features are currently available for tracking.
As such, First View should be used as a tool to aid users with vehicle tracking questions and should not be used for route performance analysis or reporting.
