If you specify the district number and the system asks you to enter the student’s first name and last name, it means that there is no existing
data about students for the specified district. You will need to manually enter the student’s information to create a new student in the system
To add a student manually:
1. On the Fill in Student’s Details screen, do the following:
a) In the Student’s First Name field, specify your student’s first name.
b) In the Student’s Last Name field, specify your student’s last name.
c) Tap Continue.

2. On the Select Student’s School screen, do the following:
a) In the Select School field, provide your student’s school of attendance.
b) Tap Add School.

3. (Optional): You can select additional schools if necessary. You can select up to 5 schools to track your student’s trips.
Note: If you have selected an incorrect school for your student. You can change your selected school by going in the top left menu (=) > Select Students > Tap on the pencil or notepad located in your student's 'School of Attendance' > Tap The school selected to delete it by using the 'x' it appears to the right.
4. Tap Create Student. The student has been added. Student’s name is displayed in a circle at the bottom of the screen.
Now you will need to add trips for your newly created student. To add trips, please refer to the Add trips manually topic.
