Navigating the map


When you are on the Trips page, you can see the overview of all the trips within your district on the map. For more information about the icons, see Map legend.


Adjusting the map

  • To view the map on the full screen, click Image Placeholder in the bottom right corner of the maps. The map is now displayed in the full-screen mode
  • To adjust the map, use the zoom in (Image Placeholder) and zoom out (Image Placeholder) buttons. Alternatively, you can use your mouse wheel up to zoom in, and down to zoom out
  • To rotate the map, press the right mouse button and move the mouse.
  • To move the map, press the left mouse button and move the mouse.

Map Legend 


FirstAlt vehicle is on the move. The direction of the arrow indicates the direction of the vehicle. This icon can appear on the map in the following cases:

·        All trips and vehicles are displayed.

·        When a specific trip is selected, and this is the vehicle from that specific trip.

FirstAlt vehicle has stopped. This icon can appear on the map in the following cases:

·        All trips and vehicles are displayed.

·        When a specific trip is selected, and this is the vehicle from that specific trip.

FirstAlt vehicle is on the move in a trip other than the selected trip.

FirstAlt vehicle has stopped in a trip other than the selected trip.

Image Placeholder Replay event timestamp. This timestamp can appear in the replay mode only when events could not be displayed live.


Searching on the map

You are able to utilize the search bar on the map to find and pinpoint a specific location!

1. Start typing the address or ZIP code in a search bar. As you type, the suggestions will be displayed below the search field.
2. Select on option from the suggestions, or type your input, and press Enter. The address will be displayed on a map as a red pin
