What is the "actual path"?
The “actual path” line is a visual representation of the bus’s route based on GPS coordinates sent from the vehicle. The mapping software used by First View connects these GPS points to display the route. Since different mapping platforms may interpret or connect GPS data in their own ways, the path you see can look slightly different depending on the system you’re using.
If you need to confirm the exact route the bus traveled, the most accurate source will always be the GPS event data from the bus assigned to that route. That data provides the true, point‑by‑point record of the bus’s movements.
How to view the "actual path"?
