To view your Parent App users:
1. Navigate to the Users tab at the top of the dashboard
2. On the Parent App Users page,
the list of Parent app users is
displayed for you.
The list contains the following information: User Name (First and Last), email, list of students followed within the Parent App, phone number, and registration date.
Search for the user
You can search for a specific Parent app user by User name,
Email, or Students Followed.
To search for a Parent app user
1. Navigate to the App Users tab
2. On the Parent App Users page,
use the search bars at the top to search by user name, email, district or students
followed (seen below)
To sort your search by user, email, student count, and registration date, click the arrows next to the column header by which you want to sort.
Based on the column you want to sort by, you
can organize the table entries either alphabetically (A to Z) or numerically in ascending or descending order.
You can quickly find more information by clicking along the row of a particular parent. A box will display on the right with the parent's information, as well as the trip information for each of their students. You will be able to see if they've set-up distance notifications too.
