The Dashboard now contains a new operational summary showing school arrival metrics and route status with dynamic updates based on applied filters. This information can be found on the School Runs tab in the Trips Page.
From here we can see which runs are Upcoming, Live, Completed, Canceled, or had a No GPS Status in First View. We can see if a run has been completed on time or if the run was delayed. A run is considered delayed if the the bus finished that run more than 15 minutes after the scheduled end time. This information is listed near the top of the page, under the filters. Statuses for individual runs, routes, schools, students, and vehicles are listed below this information.
The filters at the top of the page allow us to drill down to the route statuses for specific Runs, Students, Vehicles, Drivers, and Schools.
Example: Selecting a school in the Schools filter allows us to review run statuses for Trips that go to and from that specific school.
We can even filter down to see arrival statuses during a specific time range. Do you want to see the run statuses of Trips between 7:30 AM and 8 AM? Select the "Scheduled Time" filter and enter in that time range to view the status of all runs scheduled to be completed between 7:30 AM and 8 AM.

We can also drill into specific routes or runs to view stop arrival times and GPS data we have in First View. Just select the Run or Route below the filters to view this information.
To the right of the page, you'll see a Stops Completed column. Hovering over this column with your cursor will pull up a list of stops from that route, the scheduled arrival time those stops, and the actual arrival time of the bus.
The School Runs page will allow users to quickly view the overall status of routes and runs in their District/School Dashboard. For more information on this page, please contact support.
