Trip statuses
Within FirstView you are able to view the status of each trip. These will assist you in quickly assessing the progress of your routes.
Available trip statuses are:
· Upcoming: The trip is scheduled but has
not yet started (
)
· Live: The trip is currently in
progress (
)
· Completed: The trip has been completed (
)
· Cancelled: The trip has been cancelled (
) by either FirstAlt or the First Student location
To determine if a trip was completed on-time or delayed, click on the arrow next to the trip name to expand the summary for planned vs actual school arrival times captured in the dashboard.
To view the details of a trip, including planned vs actual stop information and if the vehicle is running on-time or delayed during live tracking, click on the name of the trip or View Details on the bus icon on the map.
