Trip statuses
Within First View you are able to view the status of each trip. These will assist you in quickly assessing the progress of your routes.
Available trip statuses are:
· Upcoming: The trip is scheduled but has
not yet started
· Live: The trip is currently in
progress
· Completed: The trip has been completed
· Cancelled: The trip has been cancelled by either First Alt team or the First Student location
· No GPS: The Trip is unable to obtain GPS data
Arrivals for both schools and stops in First View will be in green for on time (captured/serviced 5 or less minutes from the scheduled time) or red (greater than 5 minutes from the scheduled time).
To view the details of a trip, including planned vs actual stop information and if the vehicle is running on-time or delayed during live tracking, click on the name of the trip or View Details on the bus icon on the map.
