In FirstView, there are a number of filters you can utilize to assist you in finding what you are looking for!

· All: All options are selected
by default.
· AM: View only the the vehicles
dispatching for AM trips
· MID: View only the the vehicles
dispatching for MID day trips
· PM: View only the the vehicles
dispatching for PM trips
· Driver: Select a specific
driver to view their assigned trips.
· Vehicle: Select a specific bus
to view their assigned the trips.
· Students: Select students to
view the trips to which they are assigned.
· Trips: Select the specific trip
name to view only that specific trip.
· Schools: Select a specific
school to view the trips related to it.
Appling filters
All filters are interconnected and display possible options for a selected date.
All is the default selected option in all filters, and the trips overview table displays all the possible options unfiltered.
Some filters display a number of options that are currently being shown in a list out of the total number of options of that category (for example, 3/3).

2. Select one or several options, and then select Apply.

The trips overview table will be updated according to applied filters.
To Combine Filters
1. Apply the first filter. The other filters get
updated and display the options available with the selected filter.
2. Select the second filter. The filters automatically update further
3. Repeat until you find the information you are
looking for!
Resetting the Filters
· Next to the filters, select Clear All.

The trips overview table returns to the default state when All is the default selected option in all filters.
