You can invite family members or other caregivers to receive an email with a copy of FirstView notifications and service alerts that you have
set to get about your students.
You can invite up to 10 recipients of email notifications.
You can forward the following notification types:

Service Alerts
-
Distance Notifications
You need to set up forwarding only once for each recipient, and they will receive all notifications that you set up or receive.
To set up notification forwarding to a recipient
1. On the main app screen, tap (
), and then tap Manage Recipients.


Alternatively, do the following:
a. On the main app screen, tap (
)

b. In the side menu that opens, tap Settings.

c. In the Settings menu, tap Notifications.

d. In the Notifications menu, tap Manage Recipients.
2. On the screen that opens, tap Invite Recipient.

3. On the screen that opens, specify the Name and Email address of the person that you want to receive email notifications, and then tap Invite Recipient.

The recipient appears on the list, and they will receive an invitation email.

To start receiving email notifications, they have to accept your invitation from the email they received. Once they do, their profile in the list of
recipients will look like this:

To edit recipient information
1. On the main app screen, tap (
), and then tap Manage Recipients.


2. In the list of recipients, next to the recipient whose information you want to edit, tap (...), and then tap Edit.

3. On the screen that opens, change the recipient's Name, and then tap Save.

The changes to the recipient’s information have been saved. If the recipient has a new email address, you need to set up notification
forwarding to the new email and delete the existing one.
