Pinned alerts provide a real-time visibility of service disruptions from First View Support and/or Important information the District of attendance would like to inform the parent community. 



To access and view a pinned alert within the application:

Select the pin  icon at the top right of the First View map. 

Once you are done reviewing the pinned alert, you may close the alert window with the X at the top right within the alert window.
