To make sure that you receive all of your notifications, make sure that you have enabled push notifications on your device.

To enable push notifications


  1. On the main app screen, tap ().
  2. In the side menu that opens, tap Notifications
  3. In the Notifications menu, tap Push Notifications.
  4. On the screen that opens, make sure that the Push Notifications toggle is on as shown below.

If it is not, tap the Push Notifications toggle, and then tap Go to Settings.

The Notification Settings menu on your device will open, and you will be able to switch on First View notifications. The toggle in First View will automatically switch to On.

If you want to disable App notifications, repeat the above steps and make sure that the Push Notifications toggle is Off.

Note: If you have turned off push notifications, you will not receive any notifications, including distance notifications.

Manage Your Notifications

  1. In the Notifications menu you can also toggle on and off the kind of notifications you would like to receive under Manage Your Notifications
  2. You have the option to toggle off/on Arrival Notifications, Trip Changes, and Ridership Notifications (only if your district offers ridership tracking)
